The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered [Steam patch notes]

The big Remaster update is here, and any owner of the base game get it for free. Sony and Nintendo would have charged us 10 Dollars / Euros for an upgrade; at the very minimum. However I have a question here: In a previous announcement for this update, they said the DLCs will be free of charge for the owner of base game too. That didn't happen yet. Does anyone have information about this?
